Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to drive sales of wooden pallets, expanding the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent service and long-term partnerships.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate pallet solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Regularly connect with the company president to discuss sales strategies, market insights, and business growth opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, provide progress updates, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and market trends.
