We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Business Rocket, an innovative and growing digital marketing agency. As a Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to sell our comprehensive social media marketing, SEO, and website packages to businesses of all sizes. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and expanding our client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize provided leads we supply for you and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, showcasing our social media marketing, SEO, and website packages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our social media marketing, SEO, and website packages to potential clients through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure deals and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of client projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in digital marketing to effectively position our services in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in selling digital marketing services or related products.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and website development concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports. (Asana)

**Compensation**:This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing you with the opportunity to earn unlimited income. We offer a guaranteed base pay to support you during the initial start-up period. Additionally, a performance-based bonus structure is in place to reward exceptional sales achievements. As an added incentive, you have the opportunity to earn recurring payments by bringing in long-term, customers. **We want you earning $100,000+ per year**
