Thirst First Refreshments Inc. is one of BC's leading office coffee and beverage service providers, serving workplaces across the Greater Vancouver area. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service & Delivery Driver to join our CSR team.
In this role, you'll deliver coffee, beverages, and related products to our clients while providing exceptional service. You'll report directly to the CSR Team Lead and play an important part in ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coffee, beverages, and supplies to customer locations across the Greater Vancouver area.
- Build positive relationships with clients through friendly and professional service.
- Rotate stock, refill products, and ensure equipment areas are clean and organized.
- Assist with light troubleshooting or reporting equipment issues to the service team.
- Load, unload, and organize delivery vehicles at the warehouse.
- Follow all delivery routes and schedules as assigned by the CSR Team Lead.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports.
- Support warehouse tasks when needed (stocking, organizing, picking).
What You'll Bring
- Valid BC Driver's Licence with a clean driving record (Driver's Abstract required).
- Strong customer service skills — friendly, polite, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs and performing physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Positive attitude and team player mindset.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Bonus (not required):
- Previous delivery driving or customer service experience.
- Warehouse or stocking experience.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly wage: $22.00–$26.00/hour, depending on experience.
