Continuous Improvement Coordinator– TTI CANADA INC.

Full-Time | Co-op

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work on the National Accounts sales team as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator. Applicants will have demonstrated a history of being self-directed with an ability to prioritize projects and activities.

What You Will Do

  • Standardize work instruction using Scribe
  • Manage central document management site
  • Collaborating with various departments to identify policy and work instruction requiring update.
  • Recognizing opportunities, implementing changes, and sustaining improvements.
  • Assisting with the identification and tracking of projects and facility improvements by gathering ideas and concerns from all levels of the organization and use the data to identify opportunities
  • Identification of barriers/resistance and then push up to management to ensure that the facility continues to build the CI culture

What You Will Bring

  • Must be currently enrolled in a post secondary co-op program.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Be proactive and conscientious with excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work with little supervision, flexible in terms of hours/responsibilities as work requires, and able to organize multiple priorities and work deadlines
  • Exceptional coordination and time management skills and be able to deal with multiple projects simultaneously
