Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Student to join our dynamic E-Commerce Sales Team as an E-Commerce & Digital Content Associate. This role focuses on enhancing product content on , assisting with new product onboarding, and researching competitive landscapes and emerging e-commerce technologies. This opportunity is perfect for students eager to pursue a career in E-Commerce, Account Management or Digital Marketing. The successful applicant will work closely alongside the E-Commerce team as they manage and communicate on several key areas.
What You Will Do:
- Content Enrichment: Assist in improving product content accuracy and enhancing online listings to ensure an optimal customer experience on
- New Product Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new products by collaborating with internal teams and coordinating marketing and data materials.
- Competitive Analysis: Track and report on online assortments, promotions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Technology Research: Lead research into new E-Commerce technologies and innovative methods to enhance online business growth.
- Category Support: Develop and maintain tracking tools for RYOBI and RIDGID online categories, including product assortments and promotions.
- Data Insights: Analyze and summarize weekly online sales insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Internal Communication: Support internal communication efforts related to new product enrichments and marketing initiatives.

In addition to the basic requirements of the position, all employees are expected to meet the company's goals of continual improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills, processes, and qualities.
What You Will Bring:
- Must be currently enrolled in a post secondary co-op program.
- Occasional travel is required (local).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in content, reporting, and analysis.
- Effective communication skills with a broad business sense and market awareness.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
