POSITION SUMMARY

The Store Supervisor Position is responsible for providing a positive customer experience, creating attractive and creative displays, and continuously learning about our products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key holder: Acts as leader of the store when management is not present
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store, including access to the safe, and store alarm.
  • Cash management: Oversees morning cash documents, till rotations, and reconciliations at the end of the day.
  • Issue resolution: Handles customer service issues, theft prevention, and assists employees as needed.
  • Record-keeping: Maintains daily records in the Supervisor log, manages receiving records
  • Communication: Accesses the store email to communicate with head office and reps, staying updated on price changes or new signage.
  • Product management: Stock shelves, maintain orderly store, support merchandising display areas, may handle some ordering when relevant

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous cashier and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as retail, hospitality, or food services
  • List your availability - Minimum 32hrs/week - Must be available one weekend day and some evenings
  • Serving It Right certification
  • Cash handling
  • Must be 19+ years of age
