RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop creative technical solutions and prepare visually compelling graphic presentations.
- Prepare and review conceptual design, design development and construction documents including details and specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and budgets and effectively meet deadlines.
- Prepare and review design briefs, cost estimates and technical reports.
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations, consultant coordination, and approvals.
- Collaborate internally and externally with other Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers and Planners.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.
- Assist with contract administration and site inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience working as a registered Landscape Architect
- BCSLA membership or eligibility for membership
- Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or equivalent.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in REVIT, the Microsoft 365 environment, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Adobe Suite, and general BIM principles and workflows.
- Bilingual (English and French) also an asset
Compensation
Expected Salary (in BC): $74,600 to $102,600
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The salary range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
