Vaughan Counselling & Psychotherapy is a growing mental health clinic with locations across the GTA. Our team of licensed therapists provides accessible, compassionate care to individuals, families, and organizations. We're expanding our outreach and partnership efforts and are looking for a motivated, people-oriented individual to join our team.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and creative Partnership & Outreach Specialist to join our growing mental health clinic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, strategy, and helping expand access to quality mental health services through meaningful partnerships and community connections.
Location: Vaughan | Mississauga | Toronto (Travel within GTA required)
Duties
● Develop and implement strategies to grow the clinic's reach and partnerships.
● Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and referral sources.
● Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and outreach initiatives.
● Support marketing efforts and represent the clinic at events, workshops, and online spaces.
● Track partnership performance and prepare regular reports on outcomes and new leads.
● Work with internal teams to align strategy, branding, and client experience.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree an asset).
● 2–5 years of experience in partnership development, strategy, business growth, or marketing roles (healthcare or wellness field preferred).
● Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
● Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.
● Comfort with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools (e.g., Jane App, Google Workspace).
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
● Understanding of or interest in mental health and wellness is a strong asset.
