About Us
Blitz Technology Consulting is a Certified Salesforce Partner specializing in guiding small and growth-oriented businesses through strategic and successful Salesforce implementations. Our mission is to help our clients maximize efficiency and automation through the power of technology.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Develop and further strong relationships with our Salesforce Account Executives
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to create Salesforce designs and proposals to close deals
- Schedule and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Blitz's services and the power of Salesforce
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within our Salesforce platform
- Actively contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes
- Stay informed about the latest Salesforce products, services, and industry trends
- Represent Blitz Technology Consulting at events
- Travel required 2-3 times a year
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads
Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable, but not required
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in GSuite (Gmail, GSheets, GCal)
Desirable Qualities:
- Understanding of fundamental sales methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with the technology industry and SaaS solutions is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for pursuing a career in sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
