CayPlay Studios is an independent game studio co-founded by Travis Richardson and YouTuber Caylus, who reaches over 60 million subscribers across his channels. We're building genre-defining simulation and multiplayer experiences, including WaterPark Simulator (Steam, 2025) and upcoming projects across Roblox, Fortnite, and GTA.

The Role

This isn't a traditional administrative position. We're looking for a strategic operator who can anticipate needs before they're voiced and take full ownership of getting things done. You'll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, managing priorities across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables move forward, and keeping the studio organized as we scale rapidly.

This is a role for someone who loves wearing multiple hats — from operations to communications to problem-solving — and who takes pride in keeping high-performing teams running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's priorities, schedule, and communication across multiple teams and projects
• Maintain alignment between development, art, marketing, and community operations
• Track progress across production and marketing milestones, follow up with responsible leads, and keep everything moving on time
• Draft and respond to emails, organize correspondence, and represent the CEO professionally with contractors, partners, and collaborators
• Help process payments, track invoices, and coordinate between finance and team leads
• Research opportunities including influencer outreach, partnership leads, new tools, and industry trends
• Support launches and announcements by coordinating cross-team deliverables
• Book meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate travel or logistics for key events and offsites
• Build systems that make daily operations smoother, more predictable, and more transparent
• Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement them without waiting for instruction
• Keep everything organized — from files to deliverables to the studio's overall workflow

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or in a similar role supporting leadership in a fast-paced environment
• You're relentlessly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with strong follow-through and accountability
• You can manage multiple projects at once without losing sight of priorities
• You're an excellent communicator who can confidently represent leadership in written and verbal communication
• You're tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Discord, and project management tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Asana
• You're naturally curious and love figuring out how to make things faster, smoother, and better
• You stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and always find solutions
• You have a genuine interest in gaming, creator culture, or entertainment
