Description
Position Summary:
Design, develop, evaluate and implement AI solutions that drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, and product managers, to create intelligent systems that solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines for data extraction, preparation, and cleansing.
- Apply machine learning (ML) techniques to analyze data and develop predictive models.
- Deploy AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Develop computer vision models for image recognition and object detection.
- Verify and validate AI/ML models.
- Optimize AI models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.
- Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's or PhD degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Detectron 2, PyTorch).
- Experience with deep learning architectures and frameworks.
- Experience with object detection approaches.
- Familiarity with GIT, Docker, MLFlow, FastAPI, and ONNX.
- Passion for solving complex problems using AI techniques.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience within the in-line inspection industry (preferred).
