Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong prospecting abilities, and a proactive mindset. If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and helping businesses find the right solutions, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Make cold calls, send emails, and use social media to engage with prospects
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining fit with company offerings
  • Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals

Qualifications:

  • Atleast 2 years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role (preferred but not required for entry-level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed

Preferred (but Not Required):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce)

Technical Requirements:

  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
