The Client:
Our client is a global leader in healthcare packaging solutions. This organization specializes in labels, folding cartons, expanded-content literature and smart packaging built for the highly regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostics sectors.
What you will achieve in this role:
- Generate new business through daily cold calling, lead generation, and prospect outreach.
- Identify and develop new channels for business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client and prospect records, including contact information, opportunities, and activity logs in Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively position solutions to clients.
- Create a shared vision for customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Track leads, monitor pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting using CRM tools.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to prospective clients, both virtually and in person.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to transition opportunities as they develop.
- Contribute to building a strong, client-focused reputation within the market.
What you must bring to this role:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service/account management preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an asset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
