Construction Manager – Civil & Electrical

About the Role

Greystone is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Civil & Electrical to lead field operations on a major long-term infrastructure project in Cold Lake, Alberta. This role oversees daily civil and electrical construction activities, leads Foremen and craft labor, and ensures all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities and field execution
  • Lead Foremen and construction crews with a strong safety focus
  • Coordinate construction planning, outages, logistics, and commissioning
  • Act as the primary on-site client contact
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of construction experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a Construction Manager or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of civil and electrical construction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Reinforced concrete ductbank, conduit, and conductor installation
  • Two substations and overhead powerline work
  • Property restoration activities
