Wage: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Construction General Labourer who can assist trades, perform snow clearing, support jobsite cleanup, operate basic equipment and handle pickup & trailer driving for material runs. This role requires a proactive worker who can identify tasks that need to be done without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist various trades with general labour tasks on site
  • Clear snow from access points, walkways and site areas when required
  • General jobsite cleanup, organizing materials, removing debris
  • Drive a pickup with a trailer safely to pick up materials or perform site related tasks
  • Operate light equipment (e g skid steer, snow blower, basic machines) competently and safely
  • Communicate with site supervisors and coordinate tasks to support project flow
  • Identify site needs and take action independently when safe to do so

Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 Driver Licence (clean abstract preferred)
  • Experience driving pickup with trailer and secure loads safely
  • Construction site experience preferred
  • Comfortable operating light equipment (skid steer, snow clearing machines)
  • Strong work ethic, initiative and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather
  • Ability to follow safety policies and use appropriate PPE
