Our home base is Portage la Prairie but we serve all of southern Manitoba.

We are currently seeking skilled and general labourers.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Perform lifts of heavy loads up to 50 lbs and navigate construction job site terrain
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly
- Collect and remove all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site daily
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of construction equipment and vehicles
- Operate light-duty vehicles such as pickup trucks, zoom booms, skid steers as needed
- Provide labour support to other workers as needed or as assigned by supervisors

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Some experience working in the construction industry
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy loads
- Ensure safety is a top priority at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-start and take initiative on tasks
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
