These include Review and Audit engagements, corporate and trust income tax returns, and bookkeeping services such as GST/QST filing. We specialize in corporate reorganizations, interim financial statements, cash flow modeling, and payroll preparation, and also serve as virtual Controllers/CFOs. Our goal is to deliver personalized and high-quality service to meet client needs efficiently.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Montreal, QC, for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will handle daily administrative tasks, managing office operations and providing essential support to ensure efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing reception, facilitating communication, assist other staff members with their tasks and assisting in office administration.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills. Speaking Italian is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with accounting and payroll is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
