The Marketing Specialist is an execution-focused role that turns strategy into action. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role coordinates, produces, and deploys marketing and in-store brand assets; maintains brand standards across physical environments; supports store openings and capital refreshes; and provides hands-on logistics for events. The Specialist also provides day-to-day support to the broader Marketing & Communications team for Mission, Career Centre, and other operational initiatives, ensuring that collateral, messaging, and on-site materials are planned, produced, delivered, and set up to a high standard.

What You Will Do:
- Receive, stage, and verify deliveries; ensure installation crews have accurate packs, drawings, and approvals.
- Prepare localized kits for centres/programs: posters, rack cards, wayfinding, room signage, digital slides, and accessibility-ready PDFs; coordinate distribution and replenishment.
- Support on-site brand quality control (placement, safety, ADA/Accessibility considerations) and real-time problem-solving.
- Maintain vendor scorecards; capture learnings to evolve SOPs and checklists.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact to Operations, Growth/Construction, Maintenance, and site leaders to align timelines, access, and safety.
- Provide clear status updates, proofs, and installation notes; escalate risks promptly to the Manager.
- Own marketing logistics for events (grand openings, community activations, media/photo ops): create asset run-sheets, pack lists, and load plans.
- Ensure all marketing assets are planned, produced, delivered, and set up on-site (banners, step-and-repeats, podium/signage, directional, swag, uniforms) and removed/re-stocked post-event.
- Follow all safety standards set out in legislation and/or Goodwill policies.
- Be actively involved in the health, well-being and safety of themselves and their team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma/degree in Marketing, Project Management, Graphic Design, or related
field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years in marketing production, retail/environmental branding, or project coordination (multi-location experience an asset).
- Experience coordinating vendors, quoting, and installs, familiarity with procurement processes.
- Organized project coordinator with strong time management; comfortable juggling multiple jobs, sites, and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) to finalize print-ready assets and adapt templates.
- High attention to detail in proofing, specs, and installation documentation; methodical with checklists and version control.
- Clear written and verbal communicator; able to partner with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Comfortable with light physical tasks related to event and install logistics (lifting boxes, staging, ladder safety where permitted).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment; brings a proactive, solutions mindset.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and insurance; ability to travel regularly across sites.
