The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Snow Plow Driver looking for steady, well-paid winter work without the stress of a full-time schedule?

Join Lotus Landscaping Group — where your expertise and leadership help power our snow and ice control operations across Toronto.

You'll lead and support a small team of snowfighters (1–5 people) and take responsibility for ensuring routes are completed efficiently, safely, and to our high quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Operate medium to heavy-duty snow plow trucks for commercial and residential sites
  • Manage your assigned route and maintain high clearing standards
  • Apply salt and deicer on walkways and driveways (rotating with crew)
  • Perform light equipment maintenance (fueling, greasing, fluid checks, etc.)
  • Uphold safety and operational protocols on every shift

This position focuses exclusively on snow and ice operations — no unrelated yard work. Aside from onboarding and optional season wrap-up, your time is spent where it matters most: on the road, leading your route. What We Offer:
