Duties

  • Operate snow plow trucks and related machinery efficiently to clear snow from designated areas
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plow equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge for minor repairs and adjustments
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during snow removal operations
  • Maintain detailed records of work completed and equipment used

Skills

  • Proven experience operating snow plow trucks or similar heavy machinery
  • Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and minor repairs of equipment
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation and outdoor work environments
  • Physical stamina to operate equipment for extended periods in winter conditions
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safe work practices

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 45 per week
