Snow Plow Operator

Experienced plow truck drivers required at commercial snow-removal company in Oakville.

$30-$35+ p/h based on experience PLUS weekly stand-by pay. Actual combined hourly rates including stand-by are $40-$50.00 or more.

Training and equipment provided. Drivers require a clean driver's license. Must have experience in commercial snow-plowing.

All employees are on call and must be able to respond when the weather demands - therefore 24/7 availability is essential.

Hours are weather-dependent but we pay stand-by so count on a cheque every two weeks, even if it doesn't snow. All hours actually worked are on top of the stand-by payment

Contract until April 15th with possibility of ongoing work in spring/summer for the right candidates.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
