What you will do…

Enhance member satisfaction and foster a sense of belonging by delivering exceptional customer service to all members, staff, and volunteers.

Provide information on memberships and programs, offer facility tours, and assist with registration and sales of memberships and day passes.

Monitor activity in the facility and serve as the point person during emergency situations, responding with confidence and care.

Support smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks such as POS cash balancing, logging member feedback, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Act as a connector within the community, building relationships and establishing rapport with staff, volunteers, and members.

Help create a welcoming and inclusive environment by responding to diverse needs with sensitivity and professionalism.

What you will bring…

You are a confident and approachable individual with strong relationship-building and communication skills.

You have a high school diploma and ideally one year of customer service experience.

You are certified in Standard First Aid/CPR-C and AED.

You are comfortable using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office programs.

You are committed to working in a socially inclusive environment and respond with awareness and sensitivity to diverse needs.

This role may require regular travel across the region, which may not always be easily accessible through public transit.  The employee must be able to arrange their own transportation to these sites.  A valid G driver's license and full time vehicle access are strongly recommended.
