Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry, strong hospitality skills, and a passion for delivering quality service to our guests. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic food service setting while contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
  • Handle food safely, adhering to proper hygiene and sanitation protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
  • Manage cash register transactions accurately when applicable
  • Restock supplies and ensure all areas are organized for smooth operation
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
  • Experience with serving, food preparation, or barista work is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
  • Must be at least 18 years old or older to comply with food handling regulations
