Qualii is an AI integration and automation company helping organizations improve efficiency across sales, customer service, and operations through AI voice agents and intelligent workflows. We are looking for a Full Cycle Sales Agent who thrives on building relationships, understands consultative selling, and can guide prospects from first conversation to closed deal.

In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle for Qualii's AI solutions, working with medium to large organizations to identify challenges, propose tailored AI deployments, and support successful client onboarding. This is an opportunity to grow with a technology-driven company while developing expertise in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective clients through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI automation
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up
  • Present Qualii's AI solutions clearly and professionally, focusing on business outcomes rather than technical complexity
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely responses, addressing questions, and ensuring a smooth handoff to implementation
  • Collaborate with internal team members to refine sales messaging, pricing strategies, and client proposals
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, conversations, and opportunities within the CRM system
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, upselling, or additional services based on client needs and usage
  • Follow up on leads generated through outreach, partnerships, and marketing efforts to maximize conversion rates

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple prospects and deals simultaneously in a structured sales process
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in technology, automation, or AI-driven solutions (technical background not required)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certifications are a plus
