Position Overview

We are seeking a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team immediately. This is a field-based role (service truck) requiring strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills across a variety of heavy-duty equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty equipment
  • Perform field service work safely and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with peers, operators, supervisors, and management
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Certification (Red Seal)
  • Clean Driving Abstract
  • H2S certification
  • CSO certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to safety

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Organized and efficient
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong mechanical experience (required)
