As a Crunch One Kickoff Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and potential members, showcasing the value of our personal training services and helping them kickstart their fitness journey. By delivering an exceptional fitness experience and promoting our training programs, you'll play a key role in membership acquisition and retention, all while driving sales growth for the club.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN
  • Design personalized, goal-oriented fitness plans for new members in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
  • Manage all session bookings, appointments, and administrative tasks using company systems.
  • Meet minimum company expectations, to include session service targets, Personal Training revenue, supplement/nutritional sales, and overall contributions to club success
