Summary:
The Billing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of company invoices for multiple services and lines of business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process daily customer transactions for various waste and disposal services the organization provides
- Processes and generates billing for Budget Bin & Regional Transfer Station.
- Creates invoices, transmits file to print for vendors, and post billing transactions.
- Compiles, validates, and maintains generated revenue reports.
- Creates and mails manual invoices.
- Works with various departments regarding dispute resolution of accounts.
- Researches and resolves customer issues.
- Creates and processes adjustments.
- Processes customer refund request.
- Research, resolves, and manages customer credit balance reports.
- Revenue reporting and month-end system close processing.
- Maintains and reviews bill cycles.
- Reviews and maintains various billing reports.
- Ensures all billing transactions are compliant and follow procedures of Budget Bin’s policy and procedures.
- Daily reconciliation of scale system to order management software
- Calculates and keys into Order Management System from manual ticket entries as applicable
- Daily reviews and approval of Daily Cash Reconciliation Reports for accuracy and compliance
