Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems. As a Repair Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring quality standards and function optimally. This position requires hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. VEHICLE REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs (plumbing, drywall, painting, etc.)
  • Assist with tenant maintenance requests and unit turnovers
  • Conduct routine building/grounds checks
  • Coordinate with property management and contractors
  • Provide professional, courteous service to tenants

Requirements

  • General handyman/maintenance experience
  • Reliable vehicle & valid driver's licence
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Professional, respectful communication
  • Vehicle
