Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to partner with the
Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead
in developing, certifying, and delivering next-generation aerospace products. In this role, you'll be responsible for tracking overall program delivery, managing scope, overseeing financial performance, and coordinating supplier selection and management. You will help define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful execution across all phases of the program.

This position requires a strong balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, leveraging hybrid project management approach that combines
waterfall techniques
for long-term planning with
agile methodologies
for execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    voice of the program
    , representing program needs and priorities within the IPT.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of the
    Gen6 Program
    for assigned IPT products, ensuring alignment with business goals and program consistency.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure the program stays on schedule and within budget, while enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Support program governance, supplier management, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and decision closure activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure program success and seamless execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering
    or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum
    15 years of program management experience
    in Aerospace or a similar high-complexity industry.
  • Proven expertise in
    project management methodologies
    , including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    and tools such as
    JIRA
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    complex, integrated aircraft or avionics systems
    .
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience collaborating with
    regulatory agencies
    (e.g., FAA, EASA) for certification of novel aircraft systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and results-driven with a positive, proactive attitude.
