Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Surrey, BC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales activities, setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and providing training and support to the sales team to ensure they meet their goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development and management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Customer relationship management and client acquisition skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site in Surrey, BC
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
