At GTG, we believe the best sales happen in person. We seek a Sales Representative supporting Rogers in Mississauga as the go‑to person for all things connectivity. The Sales Representative will be equipped with expert knowledge on Rogers Xfinity Internet, wireless, TV, and home phone services so they can answer questions confidently in person—and maybe even make a customer smile.

As a Sales Representative, you'll engage with customers directly in person and master the art of the just‑right bundle: not too much, not too little—just enough Rogers Xfinity Internet, wireless, TV, and home phone to keep the whole family happy. The Sales Representative manages leads, responds with speed, and closes sales with confidence in person, all while upholding Rogers' promise of service that delivers.

Role Requirements for a Sales Representative

  • Engage with customers in face to face settings and conduct needs assessments and recommend bundled packages that maximize value, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage internet sales leads by converting customer inquiries into appointments and completed service enrollments for Rogers wireless, internet, TV, and home phone.
  • Educate households on Rogers' residential offerings, tailoring solutions to specific needs and clearly presenting plan, speed, and bundle options.
  • Execute accurate order processing, account modifications, and service activations using company software and digital sales platforms.
  • Provide timely follow‑up on customer inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and reinforcing long‑term retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze performance data, track conversion rates, and align strategies with Rogers' quarterly sales initiatives.

Qualities That Set You Apart as a Sales Representative

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Proven ability to build trust and guide customers toward purchase decisions through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in sales, customer support, or eCommerce, with a preference for backgrounds in telecommunications or subscription‑based industries.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and thrive in fast‑paced sales environments.
  • Skilled in data platforms, reporting tools, and digital communication systems to track leads, analyze performance, and streamline account management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
