We're seeking a Rogers Sales Representative to learn the ins and outs of Rogers services, representing Rogers in person as a Canadian leading telecom provider. The Rogers Sales Representative helps customers build their perfect package, proving that the best sales conversations happen in person and don't involve awkward silences.

As a Rogers Sales Representative, you'll get the tools, training, and team support to turn Rogers features into real-life wins. Whether it's fiber to the home or TV that doesn't require a treasure map to navigate, the Rogers Sales Representative helps customers see Rogers not as a service, but as peace of mind with great download speeds.

Core Functions of the Rogers Sales Representative

  • Engage directly with new customers in face to face settings, representing Rogers with a high level of compliance and offering tailored service solutions.
  • Learn Rogers internet and wireless services by shadowing experienced representatives and practicing consultative sales techniques for residential and commercial accounts.
  • Support customer relationships by identifying household and business needs, positioning Rogers internet, TV, phone, and wireless solutions that deliver long‑term value.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by assisting with sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies to exceed sales and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, resolve service concerns, and ensure consistent delivery of Rogers services for residential and commercial customers.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities, strengthen outreach, and improve campaign positioning for Rogers internet and wireless solutions.
  • Advance skills through ongoing training in leadership, sales systems, and emerging broadband and wireless technologies.

Education & Experience Needed for the Rogers Sales Representative

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Sales, customer support, or account support experience or interest valued, especially in telecom, subscription‑based, or retail industries.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills to position Rogers internet, TV, home phone, and wireless solutions for diverse customer needs.
  • Proficiency with data systems and digital tools to manage pipelines, track account performance, and ensure compliance with Rogers sales standards.
