Day in the Life: As a Leader on Duty at Grill Hero, you'll be at the pinnacle of technical expertise and leadership within our team. You'll deliver advanced cleaning and repair services while mentoring and supporting service and lead technicians. Alongside technical work, you'll handle schedule management, customer service, and employee development, ensuring the team operates smoothly and maintains the highest standards of service.   • Perform advanced cleaning, repair, and touch-up services for barbecues, ovens, and related appliances

Employee Training & Support:

  • Mentor service and lead technicians team members, providing on-the-job coaching and training.
  • Address technical and service-related questions from the team to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Manage & execute local marketing initiatives to drive sales in local markets
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism, providing timely resolutions.
  • Assist with managing team schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and job efficiency.
  • Operational Leadership:
  • Manage employee performance by providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of technical or customer service experience in a leadership role.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Ability to follow core processes & policies

Job Type

Compensation:

  • Starting at $23-$25 + Tips + Incentives based off performance (Most make $24-$27/hr)
