Summary

We are seeking dedicated Financial Professionals to join our team in Canada. This role is vital for delivering strategic financial guidance and education service offerings to clients in the private sector. The financial professionals will be advising clients on key resources which include life insurance, mortgage protection, retirement income, tax optimization, and estate strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Current knowledge of regulations, products, and markets trends.
  • Build durable client relationships using proactive follow-up initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional professionals to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes.

Qualification:

  • Proven experience in financial management or accounting.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, marketing, accounting, business administration, and leadership.
  • Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial service offerings including insurance, marketing/real estate, accounting, education and business leadership.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • A service-minded, strategic, growth-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and on a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field..

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$500,000.00 per year
