Accounting Administrator/ Accounts Payable Clerk
to work within our London, Ontario head office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Auburn Homes, located in London, Ontario, is looking for an
Accounting Administrator/ Accounts Payable Clerk
to be responsible for financial administration, including invoice preparation, bank runs, payment processing, and maintaining schedules, logs, and records.
As the Accounting Administrator/ Accounts Payable Clerk you will:
- Print invoices daily
- Daily Bank runs
- Provide support for accounting team
- Prepare and process invoices for payment
- Maintain various schedules and logs
- Handle various administrative duties, including filing, as well as obtaining, organizing, and sorting information from files.
- Other administrative functions as required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 3+ years' work experience in an accounting role.
- Ability to work in a computerized environment with accounting software, including Excel skills.
- Experience in Sage 300 CRE software an asset.
- Ability to organize, interpret, and communicate financial information.
- Maintain a high level of motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in an ever- changing work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
- Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills.
