Now we're looking for a dynamic Parts Advisor who can bring expertise, energy, and top-tier service to our Langley operation.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers at the parts counter, providing expert recommendations
  • Identify, source, and order parts for trailers, trucks, upfitting, and related equipment
  • Work closely with service technicians to ensure they have the right parts at the right time
  • Maintain organized inventory and stock levels
  • Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
  • Contribute to a positive, team-driven shop culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous parts experience (automotive, RV, or trailer industry preferred)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle/trailer components
  • Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable team player
