showrooms in Toronto and New York. We are seeking a highly detailed, organized and

multitasking individual as an ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR at our head

office in Toronto. Our ideal candidate is a highly detailed, accuracy driven individual

who is a team player.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for contacting customers, processing, tracking, and recording payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and company procedures.
  • Prepare bills and invoices to ensure timely payments are received. Verify, investigate and resolve variances with customer accounts.
  • Create new customer accounts in financial information system in accordance with new customer set up procedures.
  • Verify and resolve discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues.
  • Maintains accurate and current customer statements and general ledger by recording invoices and payment in the customer's account.
  • Balance and record daily credit card transactions for accounting departments.
  • Skilled with computer and proficiency with office software, outlook, word, EXCEL and Quick Books - Desktop.
  • Able to work fast without making mistakes, meeting deadlines are highly critical.
  • Answer office phone calls and share messages with the staff members as per requests.
  • Support accounting: Complete pick tickets with freight cost plus tracking number to invoice customers but not limited to this task only.
  • Position not limited to the above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
