Assistant Baker

- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and cakes

- Package and label bakery products for display or distribution

- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste

- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Experience

- Previous professional baking experience preferred. Professional culinary experience required

- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and baking techniques

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in cake decorating is a plus

As an Assistant Baker, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic bakery environment, assisting with the production of delicious baked goods. Please note that this is an early morning job with shifts starting at 4:30am. Training will be provided. We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our organization. Training Wage is $18.00 per hour, with a raise as soon an training is complete.
