Help us deliver excellent service to our customers by bringing your experience as a QUOTE ADMINISTRATOR. We are located in Vaughan and have an immediate opening.

YOU HAVE

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Moderate to high proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-directed with strong prioritization skills.
  • Skilled relationship builder with genuine interpersonal strengths.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Apply knowledge of Elite's products and installation requirements to provide accurate quotations
  • Act as primary point of contact between the Plant, Sales Representatives, and customers/dealers
  • Prepare multiple quotations simultaneously with accuracy and within deadlines, ensuring cost spreadsheets are correct
  • Revise and update quotes as required
  • For large dealer projects, create and maintain a project tracking spreadsheet for quantities and pricing
  • Record all Salesforce-related activities accurately and completely
  • Identify, plan, and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to exceed customer and team expectations
