Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Line Cook role located in the Greater Hamilton (Burlington) Metropolitan Area at Royal Botanical Gardens. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and following food safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Attention to detail and high standards for quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Culinary degree or certification is beneficial
