Overview:
Join our team as a Line Cook and showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

**Duties**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position
- Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Previous experience in the food service industry
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Passion for the culinary arts and the restaurant industry
