About the Role
Pratts Food Service is looking for a Business Intelligence & Reporting Specialist who can turn data into direction. This role builds the reporting, tools, and insight that help leadership make informed decisions, support customer growth, and strengthen Pratts' position as a data-driven foodservice distributor. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to surface trends, risks, and opportunities that move the business forward.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards and executive-level reports covering sales, category performance, rebate recovery, and customer trends across all divisions.
- Produce insight summaries and business reviews that translate complex data into clear, actionable stories for leadership and key accounts.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to highlight growth opportunities, margin risks, and strategic account patterns.
- Support budgeting, pricing models, and program forecasting through thoughtful analysis and scenario modelling.
- Ensure accurate, consistent reporting from multiple data sources (NCR iSeries, Enterprise Café, Power BI, Excel, External Sources).
- Improve data processes and reporting tools to boost efficiency, reliability, and accessibility for decision-makers.
Who You Are
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to connect numbers to real-world outcomes and opportunities.
- Experience in sales reporting, business analytics, finance, or planning—ideally within foodservice, distribution, or a multi-unit environment.
- Skilled in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Confident communicator who can present insights in a clear, concise way to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
