Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. The Carpenter will be responsible for various tasks including building structures, installing cabinets, and performing repairs.
Duties
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete projects.
- Execute cabinet installation with precision and attention to detail.
- Engage in concrete forming for various projects, ensuring structural integrity.
- Lift heavy materials as required for various construction tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools necessary for carpentry tasks.
- Experience with electrical work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery is advantageous for specific projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read blueprints or technical drawings are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
