**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and analyze construction blueprints to plan and execute rough carpentry tasks.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials according to specifications.
- Build structural frameworks, including walls, floors, roofs, and staircases.
- Install windows, doors, and other rough openings accurately.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of rough carpentry within the overall project.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials for efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a focus on rough carpentry.
- Solid understanding of construction procedures and materials.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Certification in carpentry is a plus.
- Own Transportation

**Salary**: $20.85-$36.53 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mansfield, ON L0N 1M0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
