About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and guest-focused Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to support our team. You'll be the first point of contact for guests, helping create welcoming experiences while ensuring accurate nightly reporting and smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs
  • Respond to questions, concerns, and requests in a professional manner
  • Keep guest accounts, payments, and reports accurate and organized
  • Share helpful information about hotel amenities and local spots
  • Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed
  • Carry out nightly audit procedures when scheduled

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service required
  • Confident communicator with great people skills
  • Able to multitask and stay calm during busy times
  • Comfort with hotel software or ability to learn quickly
  • Strong phone etiquette and attention to detail
  • Positive approach to problem solving and guest care
