Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and assisting with guest inquiries.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Knowledge of Hootsuite, Google Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Ability to conduct research for e-commerce initiatives
