About the role
We are seeking an Administration Coordinator to ensure the process of developing our next organisational strategy runs efficiently by providing high-quality, proactive administrative, scheduling and logistical coordination to the project team and all stakeholder engagement activities including student and family engagement. Reporting to the Innovation Manager and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:
Manage calendars, book meetings and coordinate workshopsDraft agendas, take minutes and track actionsUpdate and maintain project management software including task management and stakeholder registerHandle finance forms, payments, reimbursements and other processesAssist with preparation of reports, presentations and communicationsAbout you
