What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Provide product information, assist with purchases, and promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Keep shelves fully stocked and ensure displays are attractive and organized.
  • Rotate products and ensure all merchandise is correctly priced and ticketed.
  • Process transactions at the cash register and deliver parcels to departure gates.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts when required.
  • Support operations and supervisory staff with additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Secondary School Diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related field.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Professional attitude and behaviours: teamwork, autonomy, dynamism, honesty, versatility, precision, and proactivity.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation.

Important Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid Canadian work permit.

  • We do not participate in LMIA or sponsorship programs.
