As a Sales Associate at Foneshop, you will have the opportunity to:

- Build relationships with customers and provide them with the best insights and recommendations for phones, plans, accessories, and device protection plans that fit their needs
- Work with your colleagues to drive traffic into the store and increase sales
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the telecommunications industry
- Participate in weekly coaching programs to improve your sales skills and knowledge of the wireless industry
- Create a network of clients who come to you for upgrades or to refer their friends and family

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in retail sales, hospitality, or the service industry
- Is creative and proactive when it comes to sales, including upselling and referral sales
- Is a professional, friendly, and excellent communicator
- Is motivated and always ready for a challenge
