Notre équipe dynamique de logistique et d'analyse financière est un pilier essentiel des opérations nord-américaines de Wabtec. En tant qu'analyste financier logistique, vous serez responsable de la performance financière et de l'excellence opérationnelle sur les sites nord-américains de Wabtec. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'identification et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de réduction des coûts, la réalisation d'analyses financières détaillées et le soutien aux processus de planification budgétaire. Votre travail aura un impact direct sur les résultats de l'entreprise en optimisant les dépenses logistiques, en améliorant la performance des transporteurs et en développant des solutions innovantes face aux défis opérationnels complexes.
Ce que nous souhaitons savoir sur vous :
- Diplôme de niveau licence en finance, logistique, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en logistique, transit international ou poste similaire en analyse financière
- Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
- Expérience confirmée en approvisionnement logistique national et international
- Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes
- Expérience en logistique de fret aérien, routier, colis et maritime
- Connaissance des opérations de transport transfrontalier (Mexique/Canada souhaitée)

- Réaliser des analyses financières approfondies sur les sites nord-américains
- Suivre et enregistrer les économies mensuelles par mode de transport et par unité commerciale
- Organiser des appels d'alignement des prévisions avec les responsables de site
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des projets de réduction des coûts
- Gérer les relations avec les prestataires logistiques (3PL)
- Évaluer la performance des transporteurs selon les différents modes de transport
- Résoudre les problèmes logistiques quotidiens
- Préparer des rapports financiers et des présentations

Our dynamic Logistics and Financial Analysis team is a critical component of Wabtec's North American operations. This team combines strategic financial expertise with deep logistics knowledge to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency across multiple business units. You'll collaborate closely with site leaders, business unit managers, and third-party logistics providers to deliver comprehensive financial insights and support.
How will you make a difference?As a Logistics Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and operational excellence across Wabtec's North American locations. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing cost-saving strategies, conducting detailed financial analyses, and supporting budget planning processes. Your work will directly impact the company's bottom line by optimizing logistics spending, improving carrier performance, and developing innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
What do we want to know about you?
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or similar financial analysis role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
• Proven experience in domestic and international logistics procurement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with air, truck, parcel, and ocean freight logistics
• Knowledge of border drayage operations (Mexico/Canada preferred)
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across NAM locations
• Track and record monthly savings by mode and business unit
• Perform forecast alignment calls with site leaders
• Develop and implement cost-saving projects
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers
• Evaluate carrier performance across transportation modes
• Resolve daily logistics challenges
• Prepare financial reports and presentations
• Primarily sedentary work in an office environment
• Occasional travel may be required (up to 10-15%)
• Ability to work extended hours during critical project periods
• Comfortable working with computer and telecommunications equipment
